Design & Measurement Disclaimers
Technical Conditions
- Fixtures:Furniture shown in our initial floor plans is generally not part of the standard fixtures; it is included only to indicate the space available and potential layouts.
- Dimensions:Dimensions indicated in our plans are typically from structural wall to structural wall. Marginal differences in actual execution measurements may occur due to factors like wall plastering, skirting, edge walls, and cladding.
The "Sign-Off" Process
Before execution begins, Glean Studio provides a detailed "Sign-off Doc". This document finalizes all project specifics, including:
- Exact dimensions (e.g., specific depths for crockery units or wardrobes).
- Specific material codes and finishes (e.g., Bellano laminates, Rose Gold G-profile handles, Cane finishes).
Intellectual Property
All 3D renders, 2D shop drawings, MS frame details, and conceptual designs (including our "Working Together" office concepts) created by Glean Studio remain our intellectual property. They may not be reproduced or distributed without our explicit permission.
